All Sales Are Final Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- A photo of the item(s)
- Your order number
We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Spoilage Due to Shipping Delays We are not responsible for spoilage caused by carrier delays beyond our control. Depending on heat waves, shipping will be paused.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions Please review all ingredient information before purchasing. We cannot issue refunds for allergic reactions when ingredients are listed on the product page.
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 36 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, production has likely begun and cancellations cannot be accommodated.
